Hello Audrey, I am also equipped to support virtually from here in Canada. I am a mental health practitioner and am very familiar with ADHD challenges and strengths both clinically and as a Mom. What's great with SPACE is that all of the focus is entirely on  modifying  ONLY your own behaviour. NOT modification of the daughter’s behaviour.

In other words, your daughter doesn't need to be motivated to change...
